Complimentary Insured Express Delivery on Orders Over $250 USD

At T.Y.A TRADING LLC, every creation is treated as a precious cargo. We provide secure, insured express delivery via trusted armored courier partners with real-time tracking on every shipment.

1. Free Shipping Thresholds

• United States: Complimentary insured express shipping on orders over $250 USD
• Canada: Complimentary insured express shipping on orders over $350 CAD
• International (UK, EU, Australia): Complimentary insured express shipping on orders over $250 USD equivalent
• Orders below the free shipping threshold: A flat-rate insured shipping fee will be calculated at checkout

2. Handling & Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

During each processing period, your item undergoes a final quality assurance inspection, is carefully placed in our signature velvet presentation case, wrapped in protective tissue, and sealed inside a tamper-evident, unbranded outer shipping box for discretion and security.

3. Estimated Transit Times After Dispatch

United States (Domestic):

• FedEx Priority / UPS Express: 2–4 business days
• All domestic shipments include full transit insurance and require adult signature upon delivery

Canada:

• FedEx International Priority / UPS Express: 3–5 business days
• All shipments are fully insured with signature required

International (UK, EU, Australia):

• DHL Express International: 4–7 business days
• All shipments are fully insured with signature required

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time. You can also track your order by contacting us at contact@tyatrading.us.

5. Duties, Taxes & Customs (DDP)

We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. All import tariffs, customs clearance fees, and local duties are pre-paid and absorbed by us. You will never be asked to pay unexpected fee surcharges upon delivery.

For shipments to other countries, any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by your local customs authority.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union member states, Australia, and select additional countries. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for high-value jewelry items. A physical street address with a recipient available for adult signature is required.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

In the rare event of transit delay, tracking freeze exceeding 48 hours, or suspected damage:

If an item is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, we will immediately ship a replacement or issue a full 100% refund to your original payment method.

All shipments carry full replacement-value transit insurance at no additional cost to you.

8. Discreet Packaging

For your privacy and security, all parcels are shipped in plain, unbranded outer boxes with no indication of the contents or our brand name on the exterior. Inside, your creation is presented in our signature velvet case.
