• 18k Gold solid vermeil: All creations designated as 18k Gold solid vermeil feature a substantial layer of genuine 18k Gold solid vermeil (2.5+ microns thick) expertly bonded over a solid 925 sterling silver base. Every piece is hypoallergenic, nickel-free, water-resistant, and stamped with authentic 925 and 18K vermeil hallmarks.
• Certified Diamonds & Gems: Our diamonds and gemstones are sourced strictly through suppliers adhering to ethical, conflict-free guidelines. High gemstone pieces are accompanied by certified authenticity dossiers.
• Color Accuracy: We photograph our creations in high-fidelity studio lighting. However, because display screens vary in color calibration, natural stones (such as natural mother-of-pearl, malachite, or onyx) exhibit subtle organic variations that attest to their authentic nature.

4. Orders, Pricing Accuracy & Refusal of Service

Prices for our creations are shown in the selected currency (USD, CAD, EUR, GBP) and are subject to adjustment based on prevailing precious metal market valuations.

While we exercise extreme vigilance, in the rare event an item is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or algorithmic system glitch, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order, promptly notifying you and issuing an immediate 100% full refund.

5. Billing Accuracy, Payment Collection & Fraud Screening

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our boutique. All transactions undergo bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption and automated fraud screening. If a transaction triggers risk flags, our Concierge may request additional verification before fulfilling the order.
